They will not get our vote they never will and they know it. In fact they don't even need it. They win every election regardless of how those of us out of the metro vote. But that's not good enough for the radical libs. Because we don't agree or vote with them we must be punished in some way. The latest is now a brand of reparations of returning vast parcels of lands to the natives. A state park has already been handed over to the tribes and other large parcels of lands are being considered. One of the most popular fishing lakes in Minnesota is being considered to be given back to the natives. The idea the natives are some great caretakers of the land is a complete myth. The fact of the matter is these tribes stole that land from other tribes at some point in history. That's just how things have always worked.

These proposals all come from legislators who live in the metro area and have no vested interest but just want to punish the out state folks.

My experience with tribal lands is that they are not a joy to visit.

Yep the casino is three miles down the road from my house. I know of several people who have lost their houses because of gambling there. Not the tribes fault of course but it's an addiction that many get. Sadly seniors who gamble away pensions and money they don't have.

I have been an advocate for the northern half of Minnesota seceding from the southern half and the metro specifically. We think, act and live entirely differently. Just makes sense.

Have you had a dna ancestry test done? Some modern people have Neanderthal genes in them, and Neanderthals settled Europe around 400,000 years ago, but were displaced by Homo Sapiens around 30,000 years ago. Their land was stolen by modern white humans!

If your land gets taken by the Indians, you may have a claim for land in Europe!
