Well I just got done trying to kill myself aka today's workout. My workout was on the Concept 2 with damper set to full (205-215 drag) with 1 minute heavy (22-26spm working on a full+ drive length)with 1 minute light/rest 16-20spm. 10 rounds of HIIT and I am drenched in sweat and my legs feel like jello.
