If I attempt to open Windows Update, it doesn’t. Instead I get the general Settings page. For now I am using the downloaded Windows Update Assistant and I’m currently on the Oct 18 build (1809). Just curious if anyone may have run into this recently. RB Cancer fighter (Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma) since 2009, now fighting Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. | ||

I haven't had this problem, but if you scroll down a bit further on the same Settings page as Update, you will see Troubleshooting. Click there and scroll down to Windows Update. It really does a pretty good job of fixing what may be broken. | |||
