I feel like I'm going mad in searching for what should be a simple item....a washing machine pan
I recently bought an LG washer and now I'm looking to get a drain-pan underneath it. Unfortunately, I'm striking-out everywhere I go in my search...yes, even Amazon. Looking for plastic.
The dimensions of the machine is 27in wide x 33.25in deep and everything I've come across is smaller.
Is there's go-to site or, resource for such?

I know they are great for catching the mess from grease ,oil or dust from the machines.

But after seeing 40 or 50 of them in homes under laundry equipment ,
I wonder if anyone at any time has thought they were intended for water catch basin's in the event of a water leak ?

I've never seen one with a hose out the bottom or side to a drain.

How about something like this?

I bought one to work on my snowblower indoors last winter.

All the ones I had put in our apartments are connected to a drain. I didn't utilize the drain on the one in my house because if I notice some water on the floor I'll shut off the water. Student renters probably won't bother to notify us until their is a lot of water.

Would it be more simple to add a floor drain? It would drain much more water than a standard pan.

When we had a 2nd floor laundry room, it had a drip pan with a drain port that [I assume] drained outside

Never had to test it, luckily.
