Thank you for the update. I just switched from my iPhone 7 to XS and kept dropping calls and would try to call and it says some weird message that I could talk to an operator and pay for the call with a credit card, then 20 minutes later started working again. I was going crazy thinking there's an issue with the phone.
I bailed on them just in time. 17 years a customer, moved to T-mobile. Closed the accounts. They're still billing me. In fact, I just got an email noting that all my phones are inactive and the account closed, with a bill for the full amount, minus ten bucks.
