I've had every imaginable setup and I can say the RecTeq Bullsye Deluxe with an added flat-top griddle is the best setup I've ever had. It's a grill, a griddle, a pellet smoker, or an oven. I use it more than any other outdoor grill and I have a bunch of them. I got rid of my Blackstone when I got this because this is all I was using.

Like many older folks here, I've used a grill for decades and decades. Three years ago I bought a Blackstone griddle and never once looked back.
