That was 100% Tripe. On one hand he generalizes (incorrectly, I should add) on white people and then claims that white people generalize (again, incorrectly) about blacks and that it is racist. So basically he says that whites are racists irregardless of anything we do and we need to do more for blacks.
The author is 100% a pitiable douche and I really could care less if he never makes another white friend in his life. It's his own spleen he'll be knawing on for the rest of his life.
