I bought their heavy gun belt as my Armour was getting a bit tired and I was tight on cash. I got the CCW Extreme. It looks like they have more models and different names now. My order email doesn't list the weight (oz.) but I know it was relatively high, higher than similar belts from other sellers so I felt it was a good deal.

No. Hell No.

The brand new belt is as limp as wet noodle. My several year old Armour is still superior in every way to a brand new Hanks EXTREME belt. Mike @ Armour Belts got another order as soon as I was able.

I’m wearing their AMA2495 Gunner belt that I bought 1 year ago and wear daily. I’ll buy another when the time comes. It looks almost new so it might be a while.

They’re good belts, the one I wear everyday is almost seven years old. It’s isnt finished yet.

I have two of the stitched gunner belts and they are an incredible value. I LOVE them. I wear those belts every day of the year for the past several years and my belts are still in great condition. PLUS they have a lifetime warranty, buy it once and you literally have a belt for the rest of your life.

I don't know the exact version I have, but I bought it back in 2010 when they only had one or two models. The only one I have is made from a thick single layer of leather. It's a great casual belt. I think I paid $25 for it back then. I bought my son one too. Anyway, now it appears they have double-layer gunbelts, so I have no idea how those are. My particular Hank's belt is nowhere near as stiff as a Beltman or Armour belt but it's fine for light guns and much better than any department store belt I've ever seen.
