Powell has been in Congress the last two days, listening to grandstanding politicians and mostly stupid questions.

I was half listening to CNBC earlier as they interviewed one of the regional Fed presidents, and I thought I heard “Jaba the Fed”, which brought to mind an image of Jaba the Hutt.

It took a second or two to realize she had said “job of the Fed”. It might just be me, but I found it humorous, and I may have coined a new phrase.

"Jaba the Fed" is actually correct. Tax (eat) and spend (shit).
