cslingerSoooo I like to think of this as teaching physics and driving to the next generation.......
I took my daughter go carting today. We had a blast. I may, however, have gotten a weeee bit too competitive.

. I PIT maneuvered some other kid who thought rubbing is racing. It was a perfect PIT threw him a perfect 180.
Ok I suck......but I like to think of it as a vaualble driving and physics lesson.

sigmonkeyIf he can't handle it, there's a bench. He can sit and sip his hot chocolate and cry.

cslingerIn his defense he had this look of......”This is a game changer!!” The folks who run the go carts.....not as thrilled.

OrgussI don't understand why you'd think that was a valuable lesson to the kid. There's nothing sportsmanlike about ramming people and causing them to spin or crash while racing. I mentioned it in another thread about a month or so ago, but I got whiplash from colliding with someone during a karting session and a friend tore his MCL when someone sideswiped him and sent him into a barrier. So cut that shit out. If you have an issue with the way the kid is driving, point him out to the track minders and let them deal with it.

cslingerDude it was low speed go carts. Kid was laughing the whole time. I apologized after and the kid said it was a blast.
