MLBtv usually offers an audio only package for about $20 a season and I think it's the best bargain on the internet.
Includes every game with no regional blackouts and you can choose between the home/away audio feed. During commercials there is silence - that's worth the price of admission.
MLBtv doesn't push this package and I have looked for it this year and have yet to see it on the website but they are money hungry so I expect it will show up. I've emailed but no response yet. I'll post up if I find out anything.

I use this even if i'm watching the game. TV announcers suck. It can be a little out of sync, but not too bad.
If you get the MLB At-Bat app, you can subscribe easy.
