Well, after relocating to Texas almost two years ago, we decided it's time to pull the trigger on a home. We just went under contract on this house in Lewisville (north of DFW airport by about 20 minutes). It's 30 years old, but showed as if it were new. Immaculate condition, truly move-in ready. Assuming all goes well (no expectations of it not), we close on December 3 and will move in the following weekend. We are excited!
