Well, after relocating to Texas almost two years ago, we decided it's time to pull the trigger on a home. We just went under contract on this house in Lewisville (north of DFW airport by about 20 minutes). It's 30 years old, but showed as if it were new. Immaculate condition, truly move-in ready. Assuming all goes well (no expectations of it not), we close on December 3 and will move in the following weekend.

We are excited!

Congratulations. I’ve got people in Lewisville. Good location, quick drive to DFW International. Short stint to Dallas, and Ft. Worth isn’t far either. Good central location in the metro. But! 35 is a real bitch!

Congrats!

I love living in a single story home. I tore the hell out of my knee 10 days after moving into my current home and was so thankful I had zero stairs to navigate.

Nice looking house Intrepid, and being "move in ready" will save you a lot of time and money.
