Wasn't clear how the triggers get actuated as the mechanism rotates, but I have to say that is pretty clever.

I read the comments in the 2nd video and Edwin Sarkissian is licensed by BATFE as a SOT (Doesn't say, but I'm guessing Class 2 SOT which allows the possessor to manufacture NFA items).

Source please. My understanding is if there's any switch or electrical device it's a machine gun. Hand cranked aren't machine guns.

Of course. On button/trigger actuation fires sequential shots. That is a machine gun.
