I'm excited. Going to watch the inauguration, then to celebrate, I'll be taking my family to one of our nearby national parks. A couple hours after our man takes the oath of office again, he'll be parading in DC and we'll be walking around one of the local natural wonders. I'm going to be grinning like an idiot. Try and stop me.

I'm due to fly into DC Sunday night to meet up with some old friends for the Inauguration. With the main event basically inside now, I thought about canceling. But on reflection, that's silly. It'll be good to be with friends and celebrate this historic moment together. And really, that level of cold in a place like D.C. is brutal. I can handle 10 degF bundled up in Utah. The East Coast is whole different ballgame. I was dreading that.
But then there's the weather at the airport. Gonna be shitty on Sunday so who can say if I'll make it? We shall see. Either way, it's going to be a great day for America.

Exactly . Congressman Lalota offered to let us watch it with him in his office but that is still watching it on tv so we are going to cancel the trip. So personally bummed but it will still be a great day for America.
