My first thought was a gunshot. I did not take it personally. The lady apologized immediately so who knows what happened. I recall she worked for TSA maybe she was the target. LOL

I have read an article that auto makers are going back to laminated glass use.

It was referencing that the tempered glass just shatters at the slightest twist or impact.

They are trying to prevent people from being ejected from the vehicle in accidents.
