Impressive! There's a place about an hour from me that pairs up huge pieces of old oak & walnut with cast iron bases from old shop machinery. Awesome work! This is a bar top I made recently. Two pieces of live edge black walnut.First time I've ever done something of this scale. I've done a few gun stocks and small projects before this. Getting a smooth finish on a large flat surface is an art. Took me many coats to be happy with it.  | |||
