I pulled 15k as I waited 5 minutes tops, at my local 66 Credit Union. They have a cube in there that has a lot of 100 bills in it. Sig 556 Sig M400 P226 Tacops P229 Legion P320 X compact

I’ve taken out $5000. My credit union said that’s no problem but it is their limit per person per day.

Unless a reg changed, lots of banks do not check their currency. Personally, I get cash from a bank which runs the cash through a counter/counterfeit detector, in front of the customers. In areas with more yacht traffic, I assume the banks have more cash available - unless something has changed, fuel in many places has to be bought for cash.

Funny story time. Tax time and the Mennonite’s and Amish come to town to pay their taxes…in cash. County auditor calls for a money escort. I need a break from paperwork, so I walk over and jokingly ask Rhonda how many millions in cash are in the satchel? I’ve got a 12 Shot H&K and my Det. cell phone only. 3.5 million and with 4 of the largest cats from my shift later we walk the money next door to the bank. Ever since that day, the auditor is walked 75 feet from her office to the bank with 4 SWAT cats to make the yearly tax deposit.
