Goodbye Larry...
The owner of my favorite LGS (Local Gun Store), Larry's Pistol and Pawn in Huntsville and Madison, AL has passed away. I have known Larry since the late 1970's when I bought my first firearms at his Huntsville store (the Madison store didn't open until 2015, and is only a few miles from my house). While I wouldn't consider him a "close" friend, I always took out time to talk with him anytime I saw him in either store, and he will be sorely missed!

He was definitely a class act, in every sense of the word!

Great place to shop -- bought my first 1911 (Springfield RO Elite), a Mossburg 12 ga., and a S&W M&P 380EZ for Mrs. Tinyman all on our first visit there. You will be missed by a lot of people -- RIP.

My FIL lives in Huntsville, he’s taken me to Larry’s plenty of times. I’m sure he will be missed.
