So I have been able to acquire a new Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker at no cost to me. Sounds like this is a well respected high quality brand. This is not one of those multi function wonder devices that does everything including the laundry but just a dedicated pressure cooker. Which is what I like about it. Things that are dedicated to doing one thing usually do that one thing very well.

This is my first pressure cooker I have no experience using one and only now becoming somewhat aware of what they can do by perusing a few recipe sites. We have lots of talented foodies on site here and I'm sure several have some experience and recipes to share. I would like to do something involving chicken breasts for my first go. Chicken Marsala perhaps?
