We ordered an item from Overstock.com and as soon as we hit the enter key, we realized we ordered the wrong size. Within moments we called their customer service number. We asked to have the size changed or the order cancelled. We were told it can't be done and we would need to wait for it to arrive and return it through their return process.

When it arrived, we called and they said they would send a return label, however it would cost us $15.50 for the label. So here's a big hardy fuck you to Overstock.com. Nothing more from these bastards for us.

I ordered two recliners from them. When they arrived I assembled one and discovered they did not match the description on the website. I called customer service and requested instructions on returning them. I was immediately refunded the full price and told to keep them! I sold them.

I have had good and bad with them and decided there are other options less risky to do business with.

They used to pass off all of their inventory as THEIR inventory, when in reality it’s just a hotbed of shady Chinese sellers all over their site. We got burned on a trampoline pad that never shipped, and Overstock kept saying it was going to ship soon… for 2 months.

Screw those guys. That site is about as bad as aliexpress
