Back with Sigs
I am a HK P2000 / Glock 19 carrier. Partly due to my job overseas with the Army I carry a Glock 19 gen3. It helps that it was the second pistol I bought behind the M9 with I turned 21 in 1999. I them went on a Sig bender with Sig P226, P229, and Sig P228 but lost them when I needed money for the divorce. I know I should have kept the P228 but I never carried it due to how comfortable I am with the Glock 19. It has been my friend for over two decades. Well I was going down the Glock 43x after my first P365 just has issues after issues then my only P320c has more issues, Sold my Sigs. I had a P229 Equionox that I liked but sold that too. I was just disappointed.

Well one of the guys from Group got a Sig P365 x-macro and three days later I ordered two Macro through the Mil/LE dealer. While I was there I bought a Sig P365xl and I like it but I need to put a 500 trouble free rounds through it first.

I am selling alot of my pistols to pay for the support gear. I have already bought 8 P365xl mags. So until the P365xl gets vetted I am actually carrying my Glock 26 gen4 because it was my Covid carry (I lived in NOVA and it was my Divorce carry gun for the second divorce I make lots of bad choices at times)

Well the third wife likes 1911s and she liked the safety on the P365xl and that was the only ones available LE price. The others were a lot more. I am thinking of getting P365x when I can find one without the Romeo sight unless someone knows if it is good to go.

So the P365 or P365xl will be issued when I have to go overseas working with this current group.

If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.

I suggest a diet rich in whole grains and fresh vegetables. Reduced or eliminated processed foods can also be a benefit. I also suggest that everyone should avoid recreational drugs and excessive alcohol.

I thought this was the lounge and we just said things and the parts with actual technical stuff we ask questions and do the talk thing.

The full circle of signess. I know two people here that love my former Sig P228s.

It seems that you are leaning towards a P228.

I like mine, even if I only have one (so far).

Certainly. If you just want to make observations and relate personal experience, the Lounge is fine for that.

I'm curious what your issues were. After break-in all of my Sigs have been flawless.

Be good to wife #3 or #4 is going to be a real challenge.

Jim,

I had multiple stove pipes due to a wrong cut feedramp according to sig. Then they sent it with a new barrel and when I started having issues loading the first round. Sent it back and it was another bad barrel. Then had issues with having a dead trigger when I got it back a third time. Sent it back then traded it in for a Glock 26.

Now I have a XL with a Marco slide due to a buddy of mine and a 365 seems good. I want the flat trigger but my wife likes curved trigger so I just ordered a Wilson combat grip for the XL and a holster from JM custom kydex, I think the 365 might be placed in the XL grip to make a poor mans 365X.
