Friends- need your advice. As you know, I have some serious medical issues, and I have had a series of eye surgeries recently. So, now, I need a magnifying glass when I read. I bought a magnifying glass from Amazon, a glass of 5" diameter. But, it was obviously a cheap Chinese product, and the lens was of very low quality, and the image was distorted. I do have a German made glass, 65mm in size, made by the Zeiss lens factory. Would you know of a source where I could buy a magnifying glass similar in quality to the Zeiss magnifying glass, and preferably not a cheap Chinese product.

Bausch & Lomb and Eschenbach

I've got the Bausch & Lomb pocket magnifier I found under a park bench 30 years ago, still a winner for detail examining. Will eventually get something like the "BAUSCH & LOMB INC ErgoTouch Handheld LED Magnifier (BAL628003)"
