V-TailJust down the street from our apartment in Barcelona, there were several small hole-in-the-wall mom & pop shops next to each other.
I could walk down there and drop off my shirts to be laundered, grab a loaf of fresh bread, have an anchovy sandwich with a glass of Rioja wine, and pick up a bag of fresh chips right out of the kettle, munching on them minutes after they were made. Absolutely the best potato chips I have ever had.
