Yes it does!

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Yep.
Phillips 66 has been integral to her education. She was a Phillips scholar. She worked as an intern for Phillips 66 last summer at the Wood River, IL refinery. She toured Phillips 66 Rodeo, CA refinery last spring.
She will work full-time as a mechanical engineer at the Phillips 66 refinery in Ponca City, OK.

That's awesome! It's funny that there are so many college grads that can't find a job. Good to see a young lady have a path in college planned out and graduate with a job lined up.

Good job dad, and little chellim!

Make sure she knows that while she will make incredible money, some years she may likely make zero and should plan on that. Craziest business..

Very cool - congrats on a job well done by you both.

That is outstanding. Definitely a motivated young lady. Best wishes to her and thank you for raising her right.

This...
Congrats to you and your daughter. It's nice to see some young people with ambition in life, she certainly has lots of it!

From one Arkansan to another (and a guy who employs Raytheon Missile Systems products in the BMD fight), please tell him "Build true so that they may fly straight!"
