The only thing about the Bosch as folks have said is the drying “issue” which is a nonissue in my book.
Just make sure the Jet Dry reservoir is filled and there are no drying issues.
Jet Dry reservoir is empty you’ll know as the dishes won’t be fully dry.
I think it’s a plus not having the heating element in there.

I absolutely love ours. It was a replacement and is silent and wonderful.

We love ours, we have the 800 series one. We also started putting in the lowest cost model in our rental properties. Three of the 4 units have them.

Does the Nosch have a rack that holds dishes in a reasonable configuration? I can’t remember what brands I’ve owned but the racks were designed by 4th graders.

I have a LG that I've been using since 2017 and so far no issues. It's quiet, it does a good job cleaning and drying the dishes so I'm happy.

Bought ours at least 15 years ago, it's quiet and dries fine, sometimes a few things have water inside like a bowl of cup that gets turned over, but everything dries very well.

We have had terrific service and results from KitchenAid in primary home, 13 years old and still works perfectly.

On recent retirement cabin build went with another. They have models that are as quiet as Bosch and much more reasonably priced. I mean no discernible difference from silent in a big open kitchen/dining/den area. Biggest issue has been more than once someone opening it while running.

In our case model KDFE204KPS, rated at 39dBA. It was $799 I believe. Rack layout and cleaning/drying efficiency is outstanding.

We have had a Bosch diswasher for 10+ years now.

The only "issues" we've had was a clogged drain filter (an easy fix) and we lost one of the little wheels on the bottom rack. Bought a package of replacement wheels off Amazon for $7.

Thanks. Mrs. BB61 appreciated the advice/experiences from the forum. I think she is now leaning towards the 800. We have/had a Kitchenaid that went down hard after only seven years. The indy repairman recommended against repairing it and suggested we buy a Bosch from Costco.

Thanks for the reminder, we're missing two, now how in the heck two wheels, that snap attach to the rack get up and walk away is beyond me....

Free install, free haul-away and additional year on the warranty is a pretty powerful incentive. That's what we did when we got our wash/dryer

We looked at Bosch but bought a Miele about nine years ago. We brought it with from the last house to our current home. If not for Miele I would buy a Bosch. With Miele, if I ever need to I’ll buy another Miele.

We bought the Bosch Super Silence Plus 42dba model about four years ago, and it was one of the best purchases we made. The old dishwasher in the kitchen was annoyingly loud.

There’s a bar area in an adjacent room with a small TV that we gather around to have coffee and with the old dishwasher you could hardly hear the TV

This new model is so quiet you don’t know what’s running unless the red light is shining down at the floor as an indicator. Highly recommended.

There is a big quality difference for the 500 series. I think the interior is stainless steel instead of plastic. I've had a 500 series for several years now and it's been great. Quiet and does a great job cleaning.
