"Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil... Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

If you have never seen The Commitments, it’s a great movie, one of my favorites.

Be warned though it’s got about 300 “fooks” and “fooking” in it Big Grin Gotta love the Irish

Re: Irish “fooks” and “fooking”:

A man was sitting on a blanket at the beach. He had no arms and no legs.

Three women, from England, Scotland and Ireland, were walking past and felt sorry for the poor man.

The English woman said 'Have you ever had a hug?' The man said 'No' so she gave him a hug and walked on.

The Scottish woman said, 'Have you ever had a kiss?' The man said, 'No,' so she gave him a kiss and walked on.

The Irish woman came to him and said, 'ave ya ever been fooked lad?'

The man broke into a big smile and said, ‘No’.

She said, 'Aye - Ya will be when the tide comes in.'

Film? The General. Brendan Gleeson brilliant as a villain and Jon Voight as a Garda

TV? Single Handed is a cop show set in the west. Red Rock is a Dublin soap based around cops.
