Notice here we're getting estimates, not actual weigh in numbers. I would bet there's a big difference. I prefer to do it my way. I sit on the toilet for however long it takes, then stand up and hit the scales. Today it was 181.8. But if I go to the scales during the day, I'm unarmed (I have both of mine, but not arms). Then I'm in the range of 188 or 189. Yes, it varies based on what I'm wearing, or if I've eaten. My nekkid weight is constant, in that I' don't have anything else to complicate matters.

Back when I worked (ug), I was up around 192 or so. I can't diet because I like snacks. When I'm in the 180 range, my blood sugar is around 150 or so. #s and blood sugar are very closely related. I can guess one from the other. Being retired is nice.

Pretty light, Chicks dig me, because I rarely wear underwear and when I do it's usually something unusual.

I’m retired and this past year, sitting around the house, it’s probably less than 1.5 pounds. If I have to get out and actually go somewhere it’s more like 10.

Ohhhh, c'mon!!! Pants, t-shirt, boots, spatula and serving tray weigh nowhere near 50-70 pounds.... Smile

Since I’m a paper pusher who now works from home, my “work weight” is the same as my “pajama weight”.

I checked tonight on my way out, 27 pounds of crap!

Other than taking off the vest at the end of the day, the next best thing was taking off the duty rig. I weighed all of that years ago way before retirement, but I don't remember now.

Over the years, I tried to lighten my load like switching from steel to alloy cuffs and going to polymer pistols.(my first duty weapon was a S&W 5906). Even so, it was still a beast with everything I had on it.
