Please help me find a medical term and definition.
I'm looking to find the proper term for someone who ignores you, unless they need you to do something for them. "Size larg asshat" fits, but I'm looking for something better. Thanks, folks.

The Scottish term would be "Skag" : opportunist, parasite, freeloader.

This would be applicable to friends and relatives. Not as relevant to the workplace since there are numerous situations that may arise where someone does not interact with you until they need you to perform a task.

The correct medical term is “ignoranus”. A portmanteau word composed from “ignore” and “anus”.

"Teenager," from ancient Latin, meaning, "self-assuredness associated with knowing more than one's parents," and of course the Greek, meaning, "self-absorbed until in need of a hand-out."

In Yddish, a schnorer. But that is a little more like a mooch, and doesn't have the ignores you part.

A schnorer is the guy who goes to lunch with the group and never picks up the check.
