Joyful news to start the day
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/new...n-robbed-street.html

"They're called 'man's best friend' for a reason. And this video shows why.

Incredible footage shows the moment a brave dog stops a woman from being robbed in the street by a thug.

In the video, which was filmed in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, a man in a yellow hoodie is seen following a woman down a residential street..."

Smile

It seemed as if the dog was saying, "Not on MY turf!".

Gotta think the dog either knows and likes the woman (maybe she fed or played with it), or dislikes the robber. It perked up as soon as both walked by, before the robber attacked.

I think the dog was looking for any food that might be available. Dog looked away when the persons passed.

And it was a stray even. That dog deserves a steak.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

That is awesome. People who have never have pets always seem to underestimate animals. Their intelligence and compassion truly astound me.
