New old-stock gun finds....
When is the last time you saw a new 3rd Gen Smith on a gun store shelf. I took this picture last week. They have a couple of these, some distributor must have gone digging in the top shelf and found these. Not too long ago I was ecstatic to find a an new old-stock Remington 870 Police (2009 production) on a gun store rack. How about you guys, any good finds?

I'd be happy just to see guns on the shelves

You should expect an incoming email from member 18DAI, our resident 3rd Gen S&W fanatic, demanding to know the number for the shop in...

Nice to see an older/new Smith & Wesson still around. I wish they still made some of the older guns.
My first gun was a Smith & Wesson 469 9mm. I still have it.
I worked in a gun shop several years ago and every so often we would get the 9mm Tactical in as trades. Most were in great shape.

That’s a bit pricey but I’d be tempted to buy it.

It’s Blackstone in Charlotte NC. The place is nice, has a members lounge with its own shooting lanes.

LOL

My go to gun shop is called Larry’s. There is a toilet and sink crammed into a closet on the back hallway. That is, if you can make your way back there these days.

He is often one of the largest Ruger dealers in the country.

This place is my range; I don’t really buy guns there. I buy 99% of my guns online and ship them to my neighbors house who runs a small FFL.

I would bet this is happening more and more as inventories get cleared out by the current feeding frenzy, letting the stuff in dusty warehouse corners see the light of day.

My FIL lives there. Larry’s is an awesome shop. The few times I’ve been there with him, it’s packed. Lots of new and used!

Always loved my 4516, she had to go for a VBOB though. Always thought they were more accurate than they deserved. It’s not new, but I just found a nearly unforced single-six from 1964 so I’m happy.
