One pocket knife, no pocket watch, so pretty simple for me.

I keep telling myself I’m going to buy a Gerstner chest for this reason.

I keep looking at the Gerstners, but if I got one, I'd probably have to have it sitting beside my chair in the living room, like a piece of fine furniture, and my wife would kill me.Smile

As a former Daytonian, a Gerstner chest was a must have for me. My Ex gave me one for Christmas! One of my better Christmas gifts! If you are ever in Dayton, a visit to the factory showroom is a must see.
And the Gerstner "International" line of chest are sold as made in Asia. Which may mean China. F.Y.I!

I place a great amount of value in Inga , my upstairs maiden.

She takes great care in securing my e.d.c. gear at days end.

Next to the walk in closet there is a secure locking closet fashioned after a bachelor's dresser,
With a flash light drawer a knife drawer, glasses drawer.

A wallet cubby, a card/ document cubby.
A watch drawer

The sides are actually hinged doors to open a space for numerous holstered hand guns.

If need be she might notify Regis my armorer that cleanings or sharpening might be in order.

. . . . . .
And then I wake up ,oh well

My watches are pretty easy, on my wrist or on the charger. I only wear it for the fitness features. My automatic knives are in the safe in a tray. The folders are in a cubicle insert under my underwear cubby.

My watch goes on my nightstand or dresser, favorite knife is on the nightstand, EDC knife on my dresser. My other watch and knife are in the top drawer of my dresser. It's a complicated and expensive organization method, but it works for me.

I don't own a watch (they are a snag and shock/burn hazard in my work); my cell phone is the modern-day equivalent of a pocket watch. And my only two pocketknives just go in a nightstand drawer when not in use. That's the extent of my organization.

Took some customizable foam typically used for camera/gun cases and turned one of my nightstand drawers into an organizer.
