Yeah, I have a new Honda Accord and they say it will go 9000 miles until it needs an oil change. No way. I will change the oil between 4000 and 5000 miles. Right now I have about 3500 miles on it since I purchased it in January.

Little over a thousand miles on my Camry. I never reset the MPG at the dealer so I rolled off the lot reading 19mpg (for those of you looking at Hybrids they suffer just like normal cars with short short trips, like across parking lots etc.)

As of today my lifetime MPG is reading 47 MPG. My own calculations bear that out. 46.something something and I will never be exact in fill ups etc. My daughters is reading 45.9. My guess is conservatively you can bet on 44-45 MPG with these cars without breaking much of a sweat.

Its not uncommon for me to see 50+ on day to day trips.

All in all I love it.
