Have some Sec. Camm's in one location and a cell phone in another with the app to activate. The app is requesting to scan the QR codes on the camera's but the phone with the app is not there. Can one use a pix of the QR code to activate or does the phone with the app have to physically have the camera in hand to read the QR code.? Thanks guys. Good quality pic should work. "Wrong does not cease to be wrong because the majority share in it." L.Tolstoy "A government is just a body of people, usually, notably, ungoverned." Shepherd Book | |||

Interesting trivia: while based on US concept, the current QR code was developed and refined in Japan. There was a TV show about it. The hard part was to find some sort of pattern that could be used to indicate orientation of the square. (or something along those lines I think).
