SRAnyone else with problems on the Kent Shotshell rebate? Might have a contact that would help
Anyone else have problems with rebate from Kent Cartridge on Fasteel+ or Fasteel 2.0 steel shotshells? If yes, I might have the phone number of someone that can help. Send me an email - my email is in my profile.

I’m more than a little miffed with Kent Cartridge company.
Last fall I purchased shells for a duck hunt. I've used Kent shells for a number of years and they were advertising a rebate. I got a rebate check but the check was returned – because it was stale dated. Here are the facts:
> Rebate forms sent on or about December 3, 2025
> Rebate check is dated December 26, 2025. (Yes, I have a copy of the check.)
> The postmark on the envelop shows the check was mailed January 27, 2026. (Yep, mailed a month and a day after check was issued and yes, I still have the envelope.)
> The check arrived in February – not sure of the date. In February my wife and I were traveling or otherwise busy. I deposited the check a few days after I found the check. Bank records show I deposited on Feb 26.
> I admit - I missed the fine print on the check that said void after 2/23/2026.
Bank returned the check as stale dated.
This has been a source of minor irritation. I had some time today so I called Kent. The first person I talked with said I would have to call their fulfillment company (and spend a bunch of time). I wasn’t happy and asked for a manager. Manager initially said the same thing. I pushed back and now they are going to request the fulfillment company send a replacement check. Let’s see if that comes.
BUT THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF THAT CHECK WAS MAILED TIMELY.
Time will tell if I get my rebate.
