It's one of my worries about mine and probably not having the time to do so.

My bride was operated for breast cancer in 2010. She is still with me and I am her care giver still. So my point is it can be beat. Sometimes the end result is not perfect but you roll the dice and trust to God and the docs. I will say prayers for you today and beyond.
