Ronin1069Retail/Restaurant recruiters....
For multiple reasons I am considering leaving restaurant/retail management and getting into recruiting. (of the same medium)
My wife is a recruiter (technical) and she often jokes that because of my almost ADD like organizational skills and my desire to build connections, I would be very good at it.
Any insight from those in the business?

JALLENI know a man who has his own recruiting
operation. I'll send you his contact info privately.

ibandaI spent two years as a technical recruiter. It was fun for me at times, I learned some skills I continue to use every week, but ultimately I did not enjoy being on the phone all day long and I am happier being an operations manager.
