I have zero faith that I’d get a payment even if I had documented loses. I joined the lawsuit over tanking BP stock prices after the big spill in the Gulf of America. Never got a dime.

The only proof needed should be that you were a customer of AT&T. Because if you've been a customer I'll guarantee you they have screwed you.
The most corrupt, incompetent and dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If they are communicating to you, they are lying.
