The Gander Mtn store 45 miles away from me is closing. The first time I went in (a month ago) prices on guns was 5% off. What a joke…. Still too high. Stopped in on Sunday expecting the same. But prices were marked down 20%. I ended up buying a new Benelli Ultralight 28 gauge for $1,072! I’ve had my eye on one of these shotguns for some time, but prices are crazy high on them. I’m a big fan of the 28ga and have several, as well as a Dillon 900 loader setup for 28ga. So I’m a happy camper.

Nice. Benelli makes a fine shotgun, I have two.

I haven't made it into one of the Gander Mtns that are shutting down. I guess if the timing worked I may stop in. Yes, 5% off an overpriced gun isn't anything to get excited about.
