I don't like to let food go to waste.

UPDATE: I chopped it up, added some celery, onion, Old Bay, and mayo. Warmed it up in a frying pan over butter. Toasted the buns.

My family loved it.

1 small container of shrimp cocktail sauce
imitation lobster meat
a few green onions diced

Combine ingredients in bowl, mix well - serve on crackers. Good stuff!

Any lobster recipe will work. You can go simple, get some hot-dog buns and make a lobster roll. Add it to a salad or, put it into a simple creamy soup.

Try making lobster Thermidor.

Crabby nachos or lobster nachos in this case. You can take the "K"rab or faux lobster and shred it over a plate of tortillas. Throw on shredded cheese, velveeta, or Rotel and throw in microwave to melt cheese.
