During the twenty-plus years that I owned the small business, supplying carpet cleaners ("steam cleaners") to hardware stores for rent to do-it-yourself customers, a small percentage of the rentals were returned with a request (demand?) for refund, reason: "It didn't work." The vast majority of these were user error, people who did not follow directions that were supplied both on a hand-out sheet of paper and also on a very large label on the machine, and store personnel told me that a small percentage were from customers who were habitual return-for-refund people. I happened to be in a store one day when one of these customers returned one of my machines and demanded a refund because "It didn't work." I plugged the machine into a convenient outlet, turned it on, it functioned 100% properly. I told the cashier not to give the refund without the store manager's approval. Manager came over, I showed him that everything was working properly, manager refused refund, customer left in a huff. הרחפת שלי מלאה בצלופחים

Thank you Very little |
Yep some people are like that, to many it's a goal, to pay for as little as possible regardless of the truth.
