AZSigsAccupuncture
I tried it once (6 weeks) for abdominal pains. I wasn't impressed. I was willing to give it a try as other therapy wasn't effective.

SIG4EVAI've had back issues since high school from being rear ended in cars multiple times. My chiropractor is licensed for acupuncture and I've had it done twice. It seemed to relieve the pressure and loosen up my back enough to be adjusted.

AckksGo to one who puts needles all over your body vs someone who just puts them in the hands and feet while you sit in a chair. Does it cure everything? Obviously not, but if you have muscle or joint pain it can make a world of difference.

CromMy own rather weird story:
I had a sore knee for literally about 30 years; probably a overuse injury from cycling. It was always sore, but never sore enough that I felt like I needed to go to the doctor; just sore enough to bother me and make me a bit worried. I was just always very careful around it.
Now, my wife is from China and was a nurse and acupuncturist in China. But I didn't believe in Chinese medicine or acupuncture so I had never let her use acupuncture on me because I was afraid of it!
Then we got a physical therapist at work; so as part of this free benefit I told her about my sore knee, and she informed me that she was also a certified acupuncturist and would I like to try it. Since she was certified in the USA, I let her go ahead. I only had two treatments, and it cured the pain miraculously...completely cured...completely gone! No pain at all.
So, of course, telling my wife about the whole thing was very embarrassing.
