FenrisSo What Exactly is a Death Threat
I read about celebrities receiving death threats but the examples they publish (when they publish any at all) usually entail wishing or praying for someones early expiration rather than what I would consider a true threat as in, "I am going to kill you." Others don't even allude to death, though are perhaps filled with vitriol.
I suspect we will soon reach the point where merely disagreeing with a leftist snowflake will be considered a death threat or criminally abusive.

12131Wishing someone expiring early is not a death threat. But yes, I agree, with snowflakes, just glancing at them would be considered one.

JALLENI have gotten three.
Each implied death in the circumstances and context of the event, rather than the express statement, “I’m going to kill you.”
One fellow said if I didn’t “take care of that foreclosure, I’m going to come down there, cut off your dick and stick it up your ass.”
The FBI agents I told the story to agreed it was close enough for them.

But that doesn't necessarily end in death...

tatortoddI would suspect in the case of celebrities really do attract some psycho. For example, John Hinckley Jr was stalking a celebrity (Jodie Foster) prior to his assassination attempt of Reagan. Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, FB, etc. is a double edged sword for them as they have to make several posts per day to stay relevant, but the psychos have access back.
I also suspect that true psychopaths/sociopaths actually know the laws and skirt on edge of them with "wish you would die" when they post on social media. The unpublished stuff (phone calls to celebrities unpublished numbers from burner phones, rocks thrown thru windows, notes left after break-ins, etc) likely contain the nasty stuff.
