This is what happens when children raise themselves, when children raise children or when parents fail to teach proper morals. Ghetto culture doesn’t help either. Remove consequence and leverage entitlement and voila’, animal behavior sanctioned by cowardly politicians and defeated cops. The only solution is insulation and vigilance.
