Mostly this, with the addition of anything rubbing, dragging, or the A/C not working. You mentioned a box truck. If the truck had a liftgate your damage would likely be higher up than if it had some sort of bumper or step. If the damage was higher you're at greater risk for having something pushed into the radiator, fan, or A/C condenser. Just taking a look will indicate whether there are any problems or not.

I'd check the struts that hold the bumper. They are sort of a shock absorber and they can loose their shock absorbing after a hit. We got hard bump at a light a few years ago with no apparent damage. Then another one a year later that should have been minor but sent a big jolt through the car. The second driver thought we were playing it up for an insurance claim but it was a surprisingly strong force without the bumper shocks working correctly. ___________________________ Avoid buying ChiCom/CCP products whenever possible.

I don’t know anything about your model’s car. However, I have owned vehicles where the bumpers are not bumpers. They are crash “systems“. As such - once they’ve been tapped they likely are compressed and will not act like a bumper again. The damage will not be easily noticeable from the exterior. To be prudent, look up on the Internet what your bumper actually is mechanically.
