One possible exception is a motor vehicle. My atty recommends not titling to the trust in this state. In the event of an accident, it could suggest that the owner is very wealthy and thus invite a big lawsuit. The atty writing the Trust should advise if there are things which should be left out of the trust.

The kids ( moms grandkids )
And their kids (moms great grand children )
Are not mentioned in any way in the trust.
It's gone from splitting what is left , between two people to dividing it nine ways .
Get an attorney. If it's only split 2 ways, then it should be split 2 ways and then each of those 2 people can do whatever the heck they want with it once they recieve it.
