With the massive amount of foreign aid Haiti has gotten over the years, they should be able to give every resident a couple million and call it a day. But like many 3rd world countries rampant corruption and the ruling class funneling all the funds through them ,so the average citizen gets little or nothing , is business as usual. Dictator of the week is who? They have not had a stable functional government since getting independence from France. | |||
