Judging by the eyes, eyebrows and lips, I think they might be drag queen Ken dolls. You dress them up in Barbie's clothing.

I have a relative in her early 50s with an extensive Barbie® collection, I just e-mailed her to ask if she were going to buy a man-bun Ken doll for her collections.. Her response was "Uh..NO!"
