College town, one of the few, maybe 4ish blue counties in the state.

Good to know -

Yeats ago did a motorcycle trip from Spokane, WA, to Crosslake, MN. A beautiful section was from Livingston, ID, to Lolo Pass ( just South of Missoula ) - from there we went South and spent the night in Wisdom, MT.

What a beautiful area, but I’ll pass on a Missoula stop - lol.

I saw a jacked up 4WD pickup the other day with a "Pride Flag" mounted upside down and backward (red on the bottom and chevrons opposite of the staff). If I properly interpreted it, I thought that was a rather interesting way to make a statement. Probably ruined a few twinks day. And of course my phone was not accessible at the time. DANG!

A few Utah cities have done similarly in order to get around the new state law banning any flag on government property which is not an official government flag (city, state, USA).

Progressives just can't grasp that government facilities should be neutral on political topics. They'd scream bloody murder if a KKK flag were to be flown, or if there's any such thing as a heterosexual flag.

We lived 120 miles north of Missoula, in Kalispell, for 20 years. The only time we went there was for a University of Montana football game. I believe every major elected official is republican.

Guess I don't know the population of Montana. I'd understand the story if it was set in Massachusetts.
