Skins2881Burger night! Yum.
No kitchen, so easy meals and takeout only.
Made this behemoth for dinner last night. My version of a Big Mac.
Not sure how I actually fit it in my mouth, but damn was it good.

Pipe SmokerLooks good! That’s what I call an eat-it-over-the-sink sandwich. Most of my sandwiches are of the eat-it-over-the-sink variety – even smash burgers. Not to mention my BLTs.

trapper189That's a burger. After your "BLT" thread, I wasn't sure what I'd see when I opened this one.

How did you make this mix without a kitchen?
What ratio are these ingredients?

I did not make it it's a prepackaged mix from grocery store.
Meat District - The O.G. I also stand corrected as well on the patty weight. Only two measly 1/4 pounders not 1/3, I feel like less of a man now...
These things are a Godsend with no kitchen. There is another brand I have tried that was good as well. Way better than the frozen premade patties you can get at Costco. These people have stepped up the 'gourmet' fresh premade patty game.
