The Police Service of Northern Ireland - PSNI [formerly the RUC] - has been armed in public every day of their founding in 1922. Over three hundred of them were killed in the recent 'troubles'. have to be that way. Used to
your advantage it can be beneficial.
Most of the accounts I follow are fitness- and golf-related accounts. Very few political or social commentary accounts. Even then: It's necessary to exert a bit of self control to avoid "doom scrolling." I check in a few times a day, see what might be new and interesting, and, when I find myself scrolling down about the third or fourth time, remind myself "no doom scrolling," and leave.

do not have the Twitter/X app on phone or tablet. I use it via web browsers only. I
do not let Twitter/X consume me.
